Bradley
Commons is a seventy-five acre retail commercial development in Bradley,
Illinois.
MG2A
has been working with the land owner and the Village of Bradley
to plan and construct this retail center. Preliminary work included traffic
studies, cost estimates for public infrastructure improvements, securing
right-of-way for highway and local road improvements, and negotiating easements
for necessary utilities. Three new state highway intersections with traffic
signals have been planned; two constructed in 2007 and another in 2008. Bradley
Commons is an example of a municipality and private developer cooperating to
build an import community asset.
