Lighthouse Pointe is situated
on approximately 230 acres, located ½ mile east of LaGrange Road (US Rte 45) on
the south side of St. Francis Road. The rolling terrain of Lighthouse
Pointe makes it a unique project which is bisected by Hickory Creek.
Several different land uses have been incorporated into the project including
single-family
homes, multi-family town homes, duplexes, and a senior living complex. The most
significant element of the project was the construction of a bridge on Pfeiffer
Road to cross Hickory Creek. Currently,
MG2A
is
providing construction layout services for the build-out of the town homes and
senior living portions of the project.
