The USAA
Commerce Center is a 155 acre warehousing and distribution facility development
in University Park, Illinois. The center will total 2.9 million square feet of
warehousing space.
MG2A
has helped our client by provided improvement plans for
site grading, roadways, detention ponds and utilities for the overall
development and detailed earthwork and drainage calculations. Our work also
included acting on behalf of our client at local meetings and public hearings
related to zoning and subdivision of the site. The USAA Commerce Center is an
important part of University Park’s industrial base.
