The USAA Commerce Center is a 155-acre industrial warehouse and distribution development in the busy Governors Gateway Industrial Park. The center supports nearly 4 million square feet of logistics facilities, including Dart Container, Solo Cup, Georgia-Pacific, and Clorox Company. The USAA Commerce Center is located just southeast of the I-57 interchange at Stuenkel Road in University Park, Illinois
Our work included master planning and concept development, preliminary and final engineering design and construction phase services for:
wetland and floodplain mitigation approvals,
highway and rail access right-of-way and easements,
construction of new local and private roads,
construction of individual industrial facilities,
installation of public and private utilities,
designing and platting industrial sites and site plans, and
permits from CN Railroad, ACOE, IDNR, IEPA, and University Park.
